Our Freelance Growth System
MattyJacks is developing a Shopify Marketplace where customers can purchase physical products and hire freelancers directly through our website.
Pricing is simple: freelancers receive a 50% spliton hourly services. For example, if a virtual assistant's service is listed at $12 per hour, the assistant receives $6 per hour.
Freelancers advance through a tier system based on their performance, reliability, communication, and overall value. We plan on adding additional tiers up to $500 per hour.
